Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Body Journey account, please follow the instructions below.
Option 1: Delete from Within the App
If you have access to the Body Journey app on your device, you can delete your account directly:
- Open the Body Journey app
- Navigate to Settings
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
All your local data will be permanently deleted from your device.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you no longer have access to the app or are experiencing issues with account deletion, please contact our support team:
Email: support@bodyjourney.app
Please include the following information in your email:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your request to delete your account
- Any additional context (optional)
We will process your deletion request within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email once completed.
What Happens After Deletion
- ✓ All local data is permanently deleted from your device
- ✓ You will receive a confirmation email
